REGISTRATION

All registrations are being handled by Events Congress & Communication.
Registration fees include taxes (VAT 22% , might increase in case tax rate adjustment were required by Italian government). 

Registration fees include :

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Congress materials
• Certificate of attendance

Registration fees do not include insurance for accident, health, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss.
Group registrations cannot be done under the same email address. Each participant must complete his profile with his own e-mail address.

*Valid membership is required in order to be eligible for the fee.

**The official proof of student status should be submitted by email as a PDF attachment to the Secretariat.

Registration fees must be paid in advance for attending the Meeting. Registration is valid only when full payment is received. 

Full payment in Euros (€) has to be received before the corresponding deadline.
It is possible to pay by credit/debit card (ONLY VISA/MASTERCARD/MAESTRO) or by bank transfer to Events srl.

For payment with credit card: please kindly note that Card authentication service is necessary. 3D Secure is an authentication service for secure online card payment; 3D Secure is the general term for authentication services provided by each card brands under different names.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: A confirmation will be sent by email once the payment of the registration fee is received.
Registrations without payment will not be accepted. 

If provided written notice is received by April 30, 2021 a full refund will be given less 50 Euro administration charge.

It is regretted that for cancellations after May 1, 2021, or for no-shows at the conference, there are no refunds. Name Change is permitted (fee 25 Euro).
